About TKLingua

We are a team of professional online English teachers with students all over the world. At TKLingua, we will teach you how to speak like a native.

Our method

We use the communicative way of teaching English. The lessons will be only in English (starting from high Elementary) and you will learn to speak freely (our students speak English at least 70% of the lesson time) understand other people better role-play real life situations read and discuss interesting modern-life texts practice English with interesting videos learn to write emails in English.

What we offer

We teach private lessons, and mini groups. With us, you can improve your general level of English, learn medical English, prepare for an international exam or improve your speaking skills.

Terms and conditions

Agreement

TKLingua agrees to teach English to the student, using a variety of materials at the teacher’s discretion.

Payment

Private lessons must be paid for no later than 12 hours before the lesson is due to take place. If no payment is received then the lesson will be cancelled as per the cancellation policy.\u003cbr\u003eGroup lessons must also be paid for up front and for the whole subsequent month.

Cancellation policy

\u003cstrong\u003ePrivate lessons\u003c/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eStudents must give 12 hours notice in order to cancel a lesson without penalty. If a student cancels at least 12 hours before the lesson time, no penalty will be applied. If the student cancels within 12 hours of a lesson, then the lesson will be charged for.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMini group (2 students)\u003c/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eGroups of 2 can be rescheduled within 12 hours, providing that the teacher and the other member of the group agrees to the new time. If the teacher or other member of the group don’t agree, then the lesson will be charged as normal.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eMini group (up to 4 students)\u003c/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eGroup lessons can’t be cancelled. If a student is unable to attend, the lesson will be charged for as normal and a video of the lesson will be made available.

Refund policy

\u003cstrong\u003ePrivate lessons\u003c/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eNo refunds will be given for unused lessons. If a student has remaining lessons, they will be contacted and asked to schedule them. If the student doesn’t schedule the remaining lesson(s) within 6 months from the payment date, they will lose those lessons.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eGroup lessons\u003c/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eNo refunds will be given for group lessons. If a student decides not to complete the month, they won’t be entitled to a refund.
